If you have young children, we suggest a nap 5 hours prior to your session time. Napping upon arrival to session will cause them to not be cooperative, and in this situation, we cannot be held responsible!

Newborn sessions: are best done within the first 0-10 days of grand arrival, be sure to dress baby(s) in loose clothing. Bring a pacifier even if they do not use it along with a bottle of milk. If breast fed, we do respect your privacy! Workflow for family Newborn sessions. We will start with family & then focus on babies for individual portraits.

Maternity sessions: best done between 30-35 weeks be sure to bring a sonogram photo, along with anything you would like to use for your gallery. Maternity gowns are provided for your session, if you're interested, please let the Photographer know so the inventory gallery can be sent to you.

Editing technic: we edit dark/moody and light/moody. Keep in mind that this is the Photographers workflow & standard flow. If you have hired Remmay Photography than you have seen our work and it speaks for itself. If additional editing is to take place, it is additional pricing. Keep in mind that once the gallery has been completed and delivered. If you have further additional request within your gallery, it is also additional pricing. If you have a certain edit that you would like done, we ask that you make prior arrangements, to make sure that we can accommodate your request! Raw images are not provided & all images are edited to the photographer's style.

Illness precautions: If you have been sick or have been around anybody that’s been sick, in the past 7 days, we ask that you reschedule! We understand that you may be excited for your session, and we are excited to meet and work with you. At the same time please take into consideration that safety needs to be put first, especially for the Photographer, due to working with infants, expecting mothers & seniors!

Weather: Unfortunately, we cannot predict Mother Nature and her tendency's. If your session conflicts with bad/harsh weather our team will reschedule you for the soonest availability. Please know that we do our best to accommodate our clients & to provide the best service that we can.

Payments: we require a 50% non-refundable retainer up front for all service's that are over $500. Services that are under $500 require retainer in full & retainers are non-refundable. Payments due incur a processing fee that is added to your total, which is not included in the total package price. To avoid the 10% charge Cash, Check or Apple Pay is preferred!

ALL SALES: All packages may change after 1 consecutive year, if credit or gift certificates exceeds that all clients are obligated to the change regardless of notice, all packages are current to date. To adhere package sale deal be sure to book in the year purchased. No monies shall be reimbursed.

Re-schedule: If, reschedule exceeds more than 1 time, it will incur a $50 non-refundable reschedule fee. No shows will forfeit complete retainers and no credit will be given! Life emergencies happen & we do hold credits for the future up to two years from purchase date.

Session time: If clients are more than 15 minutes late to their session, you will need to re-schedule to prevent running into another client's time frame. To re-schedule you will incur a $50 late fee. It is "IMPORTANT" to show up on time, please plan accordingly! If your late to a seasonal mini session you forfeit your time and monies paid.

Regular sessions have a (3-4) week turnaround time, Wedding & Events have an (8-10) week turnaround time. If, you know you're going to need the images sooner it is "VERY" important to let the Photographer(s) know upon booking. If you need them right away, I highly recommend the fast-track, this guarantee's full completed gallery in 2-3 business days from your session date, fast-track is $400! Communication is very important to us, and we always keep the clients updated! Please remember Saturday and Sundays are not considered business days.

Please be sure to book 8-10 weeks prior to when you know you're going to need a photography service with Remmay Photography to guarantee availability time!

Upon booking you will be asked a few questions; this allows our team to better serve you to the fullest.

Confirmation and details are always confirmed the day prior to our session date. We are happy to help with color scheme and outfit inspirations let's make your session everything you truly want it to be. The Photographer is normally at the set location at scheduled times, if your Photographer is late, please remember that life happens & traffic or even emergencies delay one sometimes & you are notified ASAP. If your photographer cannot make the time for whatever reason, we will reschedule you, in which we do ask that the client's be very understanding of the situation, if this ever happens! If you have a location in mind that is asked at booking for commute purposes.

All Prints can be purchased through your online gallery that is sent to your email upon completion. Please know that we use a print lab, please be sure to read details prior to check-out with the purchase as they "do not" accommodate anyone if an error occurs. (Pass.Us)
